A bit of a delay on this title (was originally supposed to arrive last week), but here's the final film in the Garden of Sinners series; recalled out summer. This time from Aniplex of America! Sorry for the lighting by the way, I should really stop using my phone for these kind of shots.
the Garden of Sinners: recalled out summer (also known as Kara no Kyoukai: Mirai Fukuin) is the latest film in the series of movies from studio Ufotable and creator Type Moon. The film follows the Mirai Fukuin story from the original source materials and is set after the main series' epilogue. Unlike the main series, this is the first film to get a proper localised release by Aniplex of America and it's actually a limited edition (they say that with a lot of their titles but in this case I think they'll make it limited due to reverse importation) so if you own the series and have yet to pick up this film then I suggest you do so just in case! Remember the import for the main series sold out on pre-orders (though there were only 800 copies on order)!
This release from Aniplex of America contains the main film and the special 'recalled out summer: extra chorus' in addition to a booklet and postcards, all placed together with a thick cardboard box. Unlike the older cardboard box titles, this one was done pretty well (I hear Rebellion got a nice treatment as well) and the texturing feels nice. Like other Aniplex sets, the Blu-ray is region free and have unlockable subtitles.

the Garden of Sinners: recalled out summer limited edition is available from Aniplex of America on Blu-ray. It has yet to be licensed by Madman or MVM but if they do they may likely be released on DVD only due to reverse importation reasons.
